US futures rise ahead of Fed speakers

US futures rise ahead of Fed speakers: U.S. stock index futures indicated a higher open on Friday as traders waited on three key speeches from Federal Reserve officials.

Fed speakers on Friday include Federal Reserve Bank of New York President William Dudley, who will give opening remarks at a New York Fed Conference on "Supervising Large, Complex Financial Institutions."
Eric Rosengren, Boston Fed President, is set to participate in a late morning panel discussion at the conference on "Defining the Objectives and Goals of Supervision."

Wake Up Call Allendale Advisory Center: Grain markets are mixed to begin the final trading day of the week. Outside markets have gold�consolidating some of yesterday's gains, while crude continues�to hover around $40.00.

Weekly export sales were released yesterday morning. Corn sales were reported strong again this week. USDA's computes current sales now total 72% of their projected whole-year goal. That is a bit under the 81% five year average for this week.
