Despite downturn, values of quality farmland remain high | Farm Press Blog: The value of lower quality farmland is expected to continue to decline this year, with high quality land holding steady, according to a January report from Farmers National Company, a nationwide farm/ranch real estate company.

But despite lower land values across many regions, values in general will remain historically high, says Randy Dickhut, vice president of real estate operations.
