Study Shows Aging New England Farmers Faced With Tough Choices: A new study shows that nearly a third of New England farm operators are over age 65, and most of those farmers don’t employ anyone under 45 years old. The study was conducted by the organizations American Farmland Trust and Land For Good. Cris Coffin is Land For Good’s policy director.
