Subsidy fears hit farmland | | The Times & The Sunday Times: English farmland values have seen their steepest falls since the credit crunch as investors worry about the possible loss of subsidies if Britain votes to leave the European Union. Prices dropped by 3 per cent to below �8,000 an acre in the three months to March, according to Knight Frank. Farmland has risen by nearly 180 per cent in the last decade.
